Responsbilities:

- Take leadership role in independently managing Analytics project delivery

- Lead team size of 30+ people - lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc

- Independently handle multiple clients - establish self as a valued partner

- Manage India based analytics delivery team and US/Europe based onshore consultants. Drive seamless integration of offshore and onshore delivery teams

- Periodically travel to client locations (US, Europe) for business review meetings

- Build domain expertise (service line and industry) and lead from the front

- Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

- Support development of next generation analytics solutions / products

- Conduct training for self and team on advance analytics, technology and business skills

- Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations

- Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps, in planning end to end fixes and in leading execution to meet six sigma quality

- Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams

- Implement process health check through metric dashboards and put in place watertight process governance.
