About the Role:

Project Manager

Job Description:

- Develop, implement and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, timelines, budget and quality outcomes.

- Develops project objectives and identifies potential risks and issues, incorporating risk, issue and change management measures to keep the project on track.

- Develop and implement change enablement processes throughout the project.

- Providing administrative support as needed.

- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

- Work with the Product Managers to eliminate blockers

- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitates the relationship between stakeholders and project team to ensure accuracy of functional requirements/specifications

Desired Profile:

- Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate.

- Must have good flair of computing technologies and aptitude to learn.

- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work on tight deadlines.

- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

- Working knowledge of MS Office is a must.

- Prince2, PMI, PMP (or alike) Certified Project Manager is highly desirable.

Competencies:

- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision

- Excellent written skills in English

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
