EBS Delivery Head - Oracle eBusiness - IT

- 15+ years of IT experience with strong Delivery Management expertise in Oracle E Business area, covering implementation, upgrade and support projects

- Should have managed a team size of 500+ resources, strong people management skills

- Should have strong Functional or Technical background in the Oracle E Business area

- Should have solid experience in implementing and managing the Operations & Delivery excellence measures.

- Should also have worked directly with Clients in Program Management responsibilities at Client location for few years and should be strong in customer relationship management

- Need to have experience in Presales, Proposals and solutioning areas.

- Strong estimation skills

- Good understanding of Quality Management and practices

- Should have innovative mindset

- Understanding of Oracle's AIM methodology
