Job Description :
- The Project/Program Manager is responsible for driving the technology roadmap & associated projects for Ebreez.
- Goal is to bring alignment & provide directional clarity for projects in line with executive buy-in for top technology projects charter for the respective line of businesses (LOBs)
- Follows the company project management standards to perform the day-day responsibilities. Interacts with the leads, managers & stakeholders of various programs and drives the respective projects as tasked. Tracks the progress of all the projects/programs.
- Identify the programs that are red/off-track and forecast the areas of risk within the project and escalate wherever required.
- Interact with the stakeholders and present the project status to them escalating the areas of risk wherever required.
- Own the project process and ensure that all programs within the project/program are following the due process ensure all milestone gating requirements are met.
- Compute and track the productivity & quality metrics for various programs and share them periodically with the management
Core responsibility of the individual will be :
End-End Project Management Planning To Closure.
Some of the Key Responsibility areas are as follows :
- Project Planning - Individual should have experience in using industry standard project management & planning tools and plan the projects considering internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Estimates - Individual will be responsible for giving out the project estimates
- Requirements & Risk Analysis - Individual should participate with Product Managers and ensure requirements are analyzed and finalized. Risk Analysis & mitigation to ensure project success.
- Design Reviews - Individual should facilitate in completing functional and technical designs. Ensure required approvals from stakeholders.
- Delivery Management - Individual should ensure successful delivery of project by executing to the plan and coordinating with all stakeholders for resolving issues in real time.
- Tracking and Reporting : Individual should be able to report and track all projects progress at all stages, use appropriate metrics to measure quality/productivity and also maintain the basic hygiene of the assigned LOB (Line of Business)
- People management : Responsible for managing the Resource utilization and providing early alerts in-case there is crunch/fast tracking required
- Reviews : Conduct reviews at all stages of the project.
- Desired Skill s: Individual should have advanced all round project management skills in addition to communication, negotiation & convincing skills in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience : 4+ years of project manager experience.
