EBO Manager - Retail/FMCG (4-8 yrs)
- Responsible for retail operational growth & retention, increasing market share
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all the process both external & internal
- Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting for retail stores
- Overall fiscal responsibilities for achieving business plan goals and budget objectives through sales. Margins, profitability and other financial measurements
- Manage & implement brand initiatives, programs & procedures to promote key measurements & achieve a competitive advantage in retail markets
- Ensure best-in-class consumer & brand experience
- Should be well versed in recruitment & training of Brand Staff/Store team
- Set clear & measurable objectives for direct reports
- Develop the strategic vision for brand's presence at retail spaces across Pan India level
- Should have keen interest in Business Development through Franchisee onboarding
- Lead the utilization of data driven tools and system both qualitative & quantitative research to build brand name
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Design and execute Email Marketing/SMS/WhatsApp Marketing plans
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Tracking new user acquisition and conversion rates
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. To plan and effective execution of the Website Promotions and also track and evaluate the ROI
- Tracking and analyzing category, competition and consumer trends on various digital platforms
- Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management
- Must have 4+ years of experience in multi retail operations, marketing & business development, with 2+ years into Zonal or National level
