Ebix - Instructional Designer

- Should have experience in handling the team of 5- 10 people.

- Help Sales Support team develop RFI/ RFP responses and structure proposals in alignment with business objectives

- Write case studies, white papers, and value proposition documents

- Understand client needs and develop winning solutions

- Collaborate with sales team to drive sales

- Develop a strong understanding of our target market and our clients

- Ensure the overall quality and uniformity of the information flow (information architecture), learning objectives, and instructional design of all projects; ensuring that established treatment templates are followed

- Leading the development of scripts for e-learning and blended learning projects

- Design and suggest multimedia interactive activities and exercises to provide practice and/or performance measures to help learners achieve desired outcomes

- Provide outlines and ideas for the design and development of customizable assessment and exercise templates for multimedia interactive training activities

- Design instruments for formative and summative evaluation of training projects

- Liaising regularly with Medical Writers/Key Opinion Leaders

- Ensure content fits our target audience and develop concepts that are congruent with all marketing efforts.

- Ensuring that writers have provided all the required text and references

- Resolving style and text inconsistencies

- Proofread and edit existing content to ensure message consistency, proper grammar, sentence structure, punctuation and technical accuracy.

- Communicate technical information in a clear and accurate manner to our clients.

- Creating media treatments to detail the content of illustrations/animations

- Maintaining an online reference database

- Ensuring that all copy is properly copy edited and proofed

- Interacting with clients regarding scripts and storyboards
