Are you a seasoned Pre-Sales leader with a proven track record of success in the Telecom and Transport sectors? Do you thrive in competitive environments, managing multiple bids simultaneously and driving results through meticulous attention to detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as Deputy General Manager Pre-Sales!

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Pre-Sales professionals in securing new business opportunities within the Telecom and Transport sectors.

- Play a pivotal role in the entire bid submission process, from initial tender review to final submission on various platforms like E-proc, KPP, GeM, etc.

- Demonstrate mastery of government tendering procedures, including understanding AFCS for Telecom and Transport projects.

Take complete ownership of bid submissions, including:

- Thoroughly analyzing tender documents and identifying key requirements.

- Engaging in pre-bid meetings and addressing client queries effectively.

- Drafting compelling technical and commercial proposals.

- Preparing annexures and ensuring all bid documents are complete and compliant.

- Overseeing the final submission process within strict deadlines.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and private companies.

- Leverage your expertise to draft persuasive letters and presentations tailored to government clients.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to both Telecom and Transport sectors.

- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop market penetration strategies.

- Manage and mentor the Pre-Sales team, providing coaching and support for continuous performance improvement.

- Monitor and analyze tender results, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future submissions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or related role within the IT or Telecom/Transport industries.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and winning significant government and private sector tenders.

- In-depth knowledge of government tendering procedures, including AFC regulations for Telecom and Transport projects.

- Expert understanding of various bid submission platforms like E-proc, KPP, GeM, etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.

- Ability to draft persuasive and compliant bid documents, including technical and commercial proposals.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
