Ebix - Chartered Accountant

EbixCash is seeking a dynamic and skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

2. Audit Support:Assist in the coordination and completion of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

3. Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing recommendations for improvement.

5. Financial Analysis:Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and controls to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and standards.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, providing financial insights and support to aid decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

6. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
