We are looking for Operations Manager with proven experience into Mobility &amp; Logistics Operations Role : Operations Manager Location : Mumbai. Experience : 3 years Job Description : - Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements. - Maintain and monitor the data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests. - Provide direction to department staff to regulate budget cycle requirements and control the budgeting process. - Meeting and coordinating with Customer to ensure prompt and efficient service - Ensure that entire team is aligned to business goals and are motivated all the time to ensure high performance - To coordinate with sales team to ensure that whole fleet in the city is up and running - To ensure that down time of scooters in the city are bare minimum - To ensure tracking and deployment of vehicles at customer's end in the city - To review daily/weekly/monthly reports and shared with HO - To ensure that any legal or compliance or documentation issue should be highlighted to the Zonal Operations Manager and Central Legal Team immediately - To liaison with local government authorities in the city for any matter with regard to company - To ensure that timely execution of contracts and documentation with clients and assets is completed. - To ensure all the assets are maintained and taken care properly on monthly basis - To attend promptly all customer calls and report in the system - To find out suitable &amp; viable warehouses for scooters / spares while expanding in the same city - To ensure that there is no damage of any kind to vehicle When new scooters arrive in Warehouse - To ensure that proper coordination is done with the Accounts person so that all invoices are prepared on time and sent to the client for prompt payments from their end.
