Product Manager - eBay India (AWF)

Responsibilities:

- Define business product strategy by updating and influencing core metrics of initiatives

- Develop, oversee and scale projects

- Design A/B experiments to guide product direction with iterative innovation and measurement

- Understand product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends to improve seller conversion

- Conceptualize and design frictionless flow for Organic Seller Onboarding with clearly defined features for superlative seller experience

- Own goals for Organic seller onboarding including Seller GMV and Seller Retention

- Work with marketing team to drive traffic on the platform

- Proactively work on risk mitigation

- Be the expert on best practices and move towards long-term vision of sustainable and thriving data processes

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier-I Institute with around 2-4 years of experience

- Experience in conceptualizing and implementing product flows

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Strong Cross-Functional Team abilities

- Comfortable working in ambiguous environment
