It is on III party payroll (company Randstad).  The job description is below:  - Answering questions the Top Management asks, to be able to identify areas of improvement by churning data and identify opportunities for process improvement  - Centered around creating streamlined data flows and enable easy retrieval of information  - Identify market trends and user behaviour in an effort to promote sales and provide strategic direction  - Conduct qualitative/quantitative analysis by collecting data from all internal (data warehouse) and external sources  - Connect with teams across geographies to understand their best practices, to drive operational improvement and growth locally  - Work closely with the account managers to provide them directives on a daily basis  - Create data automation and dashboards and monitor them on a regular basis  What skills we are looking at:  - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - ability to develop hypotheses, understand and interpret data within the context of the business  - Solve problems and distil data into actionable recommendations  - Basics of data modeling  - Proven capability of MIS operations  - Intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the - why- of various results  - Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams; independently and proactively  - Good hands on experience with Excel/VBA and SQL  - Ability to work in either one of the statistical/programming language- R, SAS or SPSS  - Strong communication   - Comfortable working in a fast and dynamic environment  - Minimum 2-5 years of business analyst experience  - Working on tight deadlines with multiple teams  Please note, we are looking for someone who has an excellent command of SQL, Excel and advanced data automation procedures - because 99% of your work revolves around the same.  Salary offered: 5 - 8 LPA
