We are looking to hire a CM for the Lifestyle categories - Apparel who can bring in the category knowledge, market and trade understanding along with the required skills to build supply by acquiring new players and scaling the existing ones, present the same in the most relevant fashion and plan consumer promotions on an ongoing basis. A person with deep understanding of consumers and Indian retail market.  Job Responsibilities:  - Responsible for upstream and downstream business metrics for this category   - Manage the site experience through tools like Dynamic Landing Pages, Category Navigational Infrastructure, Buyer Tags and ensuring that sellers follow the best practices to enhance onsite and post transaction buyer experience.  - Manage the category sell-side and buy side analytics and use the same for insight building and planning ongoing activities.  - Plan the Calendar for Apparel with the right mix of products and sharing the same with the DS sourcing team  - Work with the sourcing team to identify right mix of merchandise w.r.t. Pricing, Quality and Designs along with Brand mix.  - Interacting directly and indirectly with the Consumers to gain insights using interactive methods and research/analytics  - Will have to deliver the set targets on Conversion rates for Apparel  Job Requirements:  - Minimum of 8-10 years experience of total work experience  - Experience and deep understanding of Fashion merchandising - Pricing, quality, designs, brands, trends and seasonality.  - Experience in running Analytics  - Comfortable to work in Cross Functional Teams and resolving conflicts with a win-win objective  - Experience in a Consumer facing roles in the retail context including strong buying and merchandising background   - Good network with apparel brands  - Ideal candidate would be a NIFT/MBA with 8-10 years of work experience with offline Fashion Retail giants or leading on-line players in a fashion role with sufficient consumer interaction experience.   - Must have played active role as Category Manager.   - Good understanding of how eCommerce works in Lifestyle categories would be an added advantage.
