Eatlo is looking for an awesome Customer Experience Team Lead. This person will plan, innovate and execute all points of customer interaction - including support over Phone,Email etc. and owning the customer experience on delivery, messaging, communication and so on.
This person will represent Eatlo's customer more than Eatlo internally.
Must have:
- Customer Empathy - puts himself/herself in the customer's shoes at all times
- Passion to create the most customer centric company ever, and not just on paper
- Propagates and drives everyone in the company to think in a similar way
Eatlo will put effort and resources behind the right person, who will make the above happen.
You dont need to have any relevant background or experience, just the right customer focused mindset and the attitude to make-things-happen. If you think you are at person, we want to speak with you.
Remuneration (fixed+esops) will not be a concern for the right person.
