Manager User Experience

Easyrewardz is creating a User Experience team that will solely focus on improving the usability of its SaaS CRM suite that is currently adopted by 150+ brands in India. This is a critical move in the product roadmap as Easyrewardz is making a concerted push to enter new geographies & create more DIY capabilities in its platform.

The role sits at the center of this team & requires the individual to understand the business domain, client audience, competitive positioning & maps it to the product vision of the Chief Product Officer.

The individual will lead a team of UI/UX designers, UI developers & UI analysts to implement the product vision & create a differentiated, extremely usable UX flow for our SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

- Understand the product vision of the CPO in terms of USPs & business automation/assistance the application is envisioned to provide to its customers.

- Do continuous research in the related domain & industries, have a keen understanding of the audience, their needs from the application platform.

- Understand functional requirements for upcoming features in the development sprints of our application suite.

- Analyze business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic objectives

- Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints

- Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process

- Lead cross-functional design sessions between Product, Data Sciences and Account Services teams.

- Oversee all user-facing text to synthesize tone, language, and messaging

- Prioritize roadmap features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX

- Craft internal and external communications around upcoming features, including release notes, user manuals, and feature descriptions

Experience & Skills

The successful applicant will:

- have a background in SaaS/B2B Technology applications.

- have an understanding of the retail/hospitality/F&B industry

- be data-driven, analytical and strategic

- have proven global experience

- have previously worked in a matrix organization

- have worked with Enterprise businesses

- Driven, High Energy, Can-Do attitude

- 10+ years of experience in UX Design

- Experience in a fast-paced software environment, and an ability to execute against aggressive timelines

- Experience designing web and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms

- Advanced knowledge of wireframing and/or prototyping tools and methodologies

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

Qualification & Working Experience

- B. Design or an equivalent experience from a leading institution.

- 12+ years of working experience with at least 3+ years in a relevant role.
