About EasyRenting

EasyRenting was launched in Nov 2012 to test the appetite for property rental services in India. It’s a direct landlord website operational in NCR (as of now) and we must say the landlords are really hungry and appetite is beyond our expectations.

We have been approached by all big shots VC’s but we feel we can go a long way before being swallowed.

Description

We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join EasyRenting at COO level. The person should be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial ability which could vary from starting a venture from the hostel room or taking an initiative in an otherwise bigger organization.

We are keen on hearing from people who can demonstrate ability to think strategically and deliver in a rather new space.

Profile

- Should have experience in building teams- hiring, training, coaching

- Experience is setting up processes. We are not looking for 6 sigma but a logical person who has set up processes from scratch or improved the efficiency of existing ones

- Experience of building partnerships and managing third party relations

- Management or Senior Level experience in E-commerce and or Real Estate/Service sector

Personal:

- Highly Energetic & Charismatic Personality

- Fire in belly and track record of successful delivery

- Team Player
