Brief about this role: This role is a high visibility (upto to CXOs) and individual contribution role responsible to drive thorough business and data analysis which will impact business problems and goals. Also contribute in refining processes, procedures and tools which would help in data mining collection, visualization, reporting and sharing trends & insights. This role will be a part of overall

Product Management team within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn, understand and document a complete range of data tables and resources of technology product and know how, when and which data sources to use.

2. Key contributor in all kind of product and business data analysis within the company. Work very closely with Product/Engineering owners, business owners, finance & reconciliation teams

3. Understand various business lines, goals and problems. Then use available past and current data to come up with reports, trends and insights to identify possible issues/corrections in the technology products, processes and strategy.

4. Contribute in implementing best-suited processes and tools (for dashboards, visualization, charts, graphs) to bring automation in Business and Data Analytics

5. Publish regular reports, trends and dashboard for business/product metrics and KPIs

6. Mentor and guide young data analysts

7. Regularly provide inputs through analysis, recommendations and insights to key stakeholders for strategic planning

Qualification:

Requirements

- 5-8 Years of total work experience in data-heavy business domains internet technology companies, product companies or relevant industry where business and data analytics played a major contributor

- Minimum last 3 years of experience in pure Business Intelligence and Data Analytics role involving responsibility of querying/extracting/collating data and making useful sense out of collated data

- Very strong analytics skills - ability to start from unclear problem, identify and access relevant data sources, breakdown or combine data to make detailed analysis, arrive at trends/insights and draw conclusion relevant to unclear problem

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel/Presentation, statistical analysis tools/techniques, reporting/visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Microsoft BI Platform

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment with tight deadlines

- Experience of following matured processes and tools for BI and Data Analytics in the organizations

- Experience of statistical tools like R and statistical techniques like Regression, Cluster Analysis

- Experience of Machine Learning and AI

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative discipline.
