EasyFix is a small business of e-home repair and maintenance service provider head quartered in Gurgaon and present in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa, Kolkata, Chandigarh and Jaipur. EasyFix started with a simple premise that was summarized in its tag line - India's Best Handymen- This means that we provide our customers with the best customer service experience. We are the backbone of handymen services. Our clutter breaking strategy is to provide services over one-call, customer can click to call and explain the problem. We expect our customers to have to make only one call for any home or office repairs and improvement needs, and EasyFix takes care of the rest.

EasyFix maintains a pool of quality and safety checked technicians who are extensively trained on soft skills, finds the best technician for the customer's problem, ensures that they reach on time, behaves properly and charges fairly, and then provides a service warranty in which customer's get a free fix in a rare case of complaint. Customer satisfaction feedback is taken after every call, and we take continuous corrective action to move our services towards perfection. At the same time, EasyFix is fulfilling its social vision of providing more income to its technician partners, while upskilling and training them to become better and live a more respectful life.

The Position :

The AM Marketing position is critical role in the company to position the brand for its value proposition by giving customers a reason to believe. You will be provided with all tools however your approach is expected to be return and result oriented. Expected to lead by example and DIY, conduct regular field visits/audits to scrutinize customer and servicemen experience and testimonials. You will be expected to meet or exceed quotas in activities as well as results.

Responsibilities :

- Brand building exercises - Content & positioning synergy across multiple marketing channels such as; PR, Offline, Digital (Website, SEO, SMO, Social Media, Blogs, email/sms campaigns, video's and more)

- Work with designer - Company brochure, collateral and other creative.

- Work with fabricator- negotiate, finalise printing material and cost.

- Deployment and PAN India execution of offline activities.

Qualifications :

At EasyFix, core values, abilities and demonstrable track record of success are more important to us than direct experience. That being said, an ideal candidate would have the following:

- Ability to demonstrate that you have it in you to single handedly manage marketing communication for us.

- A burning desire to succeed

- Demonstrate ability to effectively present both over phone and in person

- Some sales background is very helpful but not absolutely mandatory if you have a proven track record of success in brand building and marketing.
