About the Position:

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of sales to join our organization. The responsibilities include overseeing the sales activities, designing effective sales strategies, meeting with major clients, identifying key hires for the sales team and helping team meet the sales targets.

About EasyEcom:

EasyEcom is an AI-based analytics-driven eCommerce platform catering to prominent brands and multichannel retailers like Epigamia, Mondelez international, My Glamm group, Borosil, Prestige TTK, etc. The platform is seeing rapid adoption from brands globally. The team consists of experienced eCommerce veterans and highly experienced technical team members having more than 35 years of experience. We are backed by marquee investors from India as well as the US.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

2. Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.

3. Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations.

4. Outlining and managing sales budgets.

5. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.

6. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.

7. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

8. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.

9. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a business-related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Software sales and business development.

3. Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales leadership position.

4. In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

5. Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.

6. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

7. Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
