Easy Home Finance Limited - National Audit Head

- The National Audit Head will report to the CEO and Audit Committee and will be responsible for the following :

- Planning and execution of Audits of Regions and Branches.

- Ensures compliance of NHB guidelines and instructions given by the regulatory authorities are followed by Regions and Branches.

- Reports to the Audit Committee about the observations made during the audit and corrective solutions provided to improve the policy or process.

- Preparation of Action taken reports of audit queries of various functions.

- Investigation of frauds and suggestions for plugging the loopholes for prevention in future.

- To analyze and mitigate the risks the company is exposed to due to frauds and act as a fraud prevention and control officer.

- Ensures proper reporting of Audit finding is done to the board members and regulatory authorities.

- Ensures training is imparted for the non critical findings to eradicate repeated mistakes.

Ideal Candidate:

- Post Graduate with 15 years of experience with 10 years in Housing Finance Audit will be considered for this role.
