Finance Controller - Easy Home Finance Ltd As a member of the finance division, will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing the organization's financial and accounting operations (Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, Internal Controls) - As the link between financial operations and strategy, his/her job duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to, - Managing and overseeing accounts payable team, vendor payments, and monitoring period and expense provisioning., - Managing the monthly financial and Board reporting, annual budgets and forecasts; - preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports., Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks., - Review and analysis of cost, profits, cost centres, break-even analysis, - Product-wise profitability etc., Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations., - Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies., - Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks., - Ensuring internal audit schedule, - plans are executed on time without compromising on quality parameters., - Oversee the implementation and successful adoption of all ERP systems., - Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs, - Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast.
