The role incumbent will be responsible for driving home loans via a network of Channel Partners. Job Description : - Role Leading Sales via the Channel partner network for their region - Conceptualising &amp; implementing competent sales plans to ensure regional level goals are overachieved. - Responsible to manage and derive business out of a team - Responsible for allocation of geography at the team level, work closely with the team on geography mapping &amp;review the progress at regular intervals. - Relationship management with key channel partners - Spend time on market visits with team - Coordinate with credit team on the logged-in loan applications and update status to team members - Inculcate a culture of cross-selling of Insurance and related products - Provide inputs to other parallel functions such as HR, Risk, and Operations &amp; CC. - Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team. - Lead the team from the front &amp; show inspirational leadership to the entire team. - Willing to work in a start-up ecosystem &amp; ready to take on challenges positively. Qualification &amp; Experience : - Applicant should be PGDM / MBA from a good institute. - Specialisation in sales and marketing/ Finance - Experience of 10 years in the mortgage.
