Key Accounts Manager
Role description :
- Setting up of Key account plans/Calendar.
- Identify accounts wise/outlet wise sales opportunities & potential to develop MT channel strategy.
- Ensure merchandising/planogram of company products and market hygiene as per company guidelines and standards.
- Sales forecasting chain wise & TOT negotiation.
- New Product launches - Planning, execution &, Mapping process.
- Participating in Company-Customer periodic review of performance.
- Merchandiser and Promoter - Management, Target Planning.
- JBV (Joint Business Venture)Planning and Cross Promotion Planning
- ROI Management & Responsibility of P&L
- Smooth running of company policies and programs.
- Successful implementation of new initiatives by the organization
Responsibilities :
- Target Vs Achievement
- Team management - Monitoring, tracking, Reviewing, guiding & motivating
- Outstanding payment collection
- Maintaining fill rate across MT Chains
- Distributor- (appointment & Management)
- Branding & Visibility - Plan implementation with relevant chains
- Ensuring New Product Placement done across chains
- Ensure chains wise stock position & off take report are Analysed on weekly basis
