- As head of the business, you will have to own the P&L numbers. Goal is to execute the existing projects and be the front face of the organization before clients.

- Your KRA is to bring change in some business driven techniques organization and implementing robust, transparent and scalable processes, empowering people to bring about complete transformation.

- Develop and establish a program governance and assessment framework. Establish management reporting mechanisms using detailed dashboards along with critical alerts. Review the progress in business execution, monitor milestones and ensure corrective actions and recovery plans are in place and implemented.

- Handling team of departmental heads & creation of annual business plans for short-term business execution is part of the role. Management interface to the customer. Implement good CRM processes to achieve better customer satisfaction levels.

- Creating and developing all the processes needed to run a projects business right from scratch. Implementing and evolving the project management processes and methodology needed to run multi-year duration projects that are geographically spread across complete districts of the state and the country.

- Implementing materials management modules using ERP, which help in tracking of materials consumed, thereby reducing pilferage and losses to within 2% levels.

Desired Profile:

- B.Tech Electrical / Any Graduate / Post Graduate

- Incumbent should have minimum 10+ Years of relevant work exp.

- Should have managed multiple power distribution projects at the same time.
