- We are a Fintech startup developing Home Loan solutions for Developers and Home Buyers through an all- digital loan processing and matchmaking platform with lending institutions (Banks/HFCs) completely re-imagining the housing loans business. The business offering will solve complex and time-consuming processing of home loans which involves multiple checks for eligibility and credit worthiness of customers and property through traditional instruments and documents by an all-digital approach to make this process fast and easy for customers and delivering high productivity for lending institutions.

The Role :

We are looking for a self-motivated marketing professional. Someone who has extensive experience of supervising performance marketing, social media management and content creations (blogs, videos, product content).. A smaller part of the role would require marketing planning and execution efforts for our offline touchpoints.

The candidate will get requisite resources and budgets to manage this role. In a nutshell, you will be leading and managing the Easiloan brand across key touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

- Brand custodian for Easiloan and managing its campaigns - communication and customer acquisition

- Lead in building out the Easiloan consumer journey

- Lead, plan and execute online performance marketing campaigns across Easiloan products

- Create online branding and lead generation channels (including influencer marketing, SEO, email marketing and so on)

- Manage key brand touchpoints of Easiloan - social media, content across platforms and own product, offline banding.

- Build roadmap to streamline and grow online presence through search, display, Youtube, re-marketing, Gmail, Google for Business, location map.

- Generate regular reports, dashboards on all possible measures/parameters on all campaigns

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/ PGDBA from with Marketing specialization

- ~ 2-3 years of experience

- Industry - BFSI, Fintech, Real Estate is a preference

- Should have worked in Marketing function in line with the mentioned requirements

Skills & Personal Attributes:

- Have successfully run digital marketing campaigns, social media and content marketing in the past

- Exposure to offline branding (BTL media, collaterals)

- Ability to supervise communication design work (resources will be provided)

- Has ability to creatively seek and implement tough solutions

- Is passionate about marketing, start-ups, digital marketing

- Possesses Strong communication and influencing skills - clear, concise and persuasive in style

- Ability to multi-task and hustle to deliver dynamic marketing needs
