Core responsibilities : - Devising strategies & managing execution for in-funnel users to drive them towards end goal - Devising strategies & managing execution for remarketing to old in-funnel customers - Identifying & devising strategies for upsell & cross sell - Owning communication channels KPIs - Staying abreast with latest developments for various communication channels & innovating accordingly - content writing/ communications writing. - Working closely with analytics function in the organization to improve segmentation & targeting - Working closely with product & tech teams in the organization to give feedback on products, helping in designing better products etc. - Plan & execute marketing initiatives jointly with other marketing stakeholders from Content, Brand, Design etc. Hard Skills : - In-depth knowledge & working experience with omni-channel marketing tools - Good understanding of customer life cycle, preferably in BFSI sector - Program Management - Technical- MS Office, Tableau (basic), Template Creating Tools - Experienced with nuances & technicalities of various outbound communication channels - Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking - Good working knowledge of mobile apps will be a preference - Experience in identifying potential target audience and devising creative campaign ideas to engage & convert audience Soft Skills : - Understanding of digital highways - Out of the box problem-solving skills - Command over written communication & content creation - Speed & agility - Managing change & ambiguity - Self-motivated & self-driven - Ability to work in a non-streamlined environment Experience : - 4-7 years of experience, preferably in BFSI sector Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate
