Demonstrable skills &amp; experience in: - Manage end to end accounting function, Should have sound knowledge of Financial Planning &amp; Analysis procedures and standards. - Preparation &amp; Presentation of monthly MIS deck on the performance of Company and SBU level KPIs for the month. - Statutory Audit with Big 4. - Handling regular compliances as applicable such as GST, TDS, Tax Audit, etc. - Responsible for statutory compliances and Review of day to day accounting - Design, implementation &amp; maintenance of internal financial control - Responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining rapo with various bankers - Funds/Cash Management - Preparation of monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements on standalone and consolidated basis - Monitor health of compliances and deliverables by conducting periodic reviews. Spot and resolve the gaps. - Regularly review internal processes to identify areas that need improvement.
