Manager - Brand Communication Job Description : - We are looking for a passionate, talented individual with 4 - 8 years of experience in executing online marketing/ social communication campaigns. - Individual will be responsible for brand building and also help grow organic channel of acquisition Core Responsibilities : - Strategizing and executing marketing communication plans - Social Media optimization - ORM and reporting - Collaborate with the agencies to deliver campaigns and creatives - Work towards scaling up organic conversions - Co-ordinating with different stake holders in the team to cater their creative requirements - Working with product managers to develop product specific campaigns - Develop engagement campaigns for existing customers and also leverage marketing automation tool - Manage marketing operations Qualification : - Responsible paid search and display programs & tracking conversion rates - Web analytics and reporting - Managing a growing team of online marketing executives - Good understanding on Mobile app and marketing campaign linked to downloading and use of Mobile apps - Additional understanding of product development will be preferred.
