Candidate is expected to drive business by engaging with key industry players in EdTech space, corporate training, Skill Upgradation, Schools & Vocational Institutions. Candidate will be responsible to formulate strategies and create Standard Operating Procedures to ensure business efficiency. Ideal candidate must be well-verse all matters business - strategy, sales, marketing, P&L impact as well as operations. The goal will be to drive overall sustainable and scalable successful business vertical. Responsibilities : - Develop goal & objective that help scale the Education Vertical - Design & implement business plans to achieve the goals & objectives - Drive New Relationships & Manage Current Ones to oversee the Topline growth - Develop a growth strategy focused on achieving BU sales target - Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and help develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators - Formulate & coordinate internal operations to help meet the external demand - Represent the company in industry related events, conferences etc. - Lead & drive multi-functional team Qualifications : - Master's degree in Business Management from a Tier-I Business School - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in building businesses and leading growth initiatives, with a minimum 3 years of experience in startups - Must have understanding of Indian BFSI sector and preferably fintech space - Good to have: Strong references and connections with Education Industry stake-holders across the country Competencies : - Excellent communication and negotiation skill - Passionate about sales / marketing and taking new initiatives - High ethical standard - Adaptable and able to work with colleagues and customers from different regions - Have worked with startups in the past - Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset - Team Management & Ability to work in multi-partner environment
