Job Title : Lead - Card Activation Experience : 4 - 8 years Job location : Pune Core Responsibilities:- EarlySalary has introduced a challenger credit card with the introduction of the new Salary Card; the digital first card promised to disrupt the card industry with the edge powered by FinTech innovation in product, simplicity of use and acceptance. - Build Salary Card as a Payment Card and Responsible for adoption of the card program by customers - Identifying which value propositions help in card activation, card limit utilisation and Use case creation for card swipe - Lead offer, benefits program and loyalty proposition for card program - Driving daily sales and monitoring the same - Build partnership for card acceptance and EMI finance with key brands - Gathering feedback from customers as well as sales / internal team - Working closely with analytics and Product team to enhance customer experience and features Preference and Experience: - Strong experience from Credit Card companies/banks as a part of credit cards teams will be essential. - Analytics skills are a must. Academic qualifications : - Must be an MBA / equivalent.
