Job Title : AVP & Lead Product Manager Experience : 7+ years Job location : Pune Core Responsibilities : - As Lead Product Manager, you will coach and guide a team of highly passionate and impactful APMs and PMs. - Collaborate closely with current and prospective customers, internal leadership, and PMs, and help envision and develop the product strategy of EarlySalary. - In this role, you can bring together EarlySalary's strengths in data, algorithms, and software to innovate on the ways lending happens in India - while delivering a delightful customer experience Preference and Experience : - Strong understanding of the product management discipline and been working in product for 7+ years - 3+ years of experience coaching and leading APMs, PMs and SPMs - Ability to coach, lead and guide high performance teams - Proven track record of delivering product to market that is successful and drives revenue & profitability for the company - Ability to conduct market research, define a strategy and translate it to actionable tasks - Strong team player and ability to work across teams to ensure cohesion and alignment to a single product direction - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical and business audiences - Capability to make good decisions quickly - Entrepreneurial and growth mindset - Innovative, self-directed, and able to deal well with ambiguous problems - Strong technical knowledge to converse with development teams - Willingness to relocate to Pune - Startup experience - Consumer lending/FinTech experience Academic qualifications : - MBA from a Tier I/Tier II institution
