ROLE SUMMARY

This position supports the President internally and externally and acts as a liaison between the President, key executives, employees and external members. The Executive administrative assistant will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conferences, scheduling meetings, organizing emails, etc.

Provide professional and confidential administrative and research support to the President.

Undertake research and prepare monthly reports, presentations, corporate submissions and other correspondence.

Coordinate and manage business, travel, conference and meetings for the President while out of the office.
Government & Client relationship development.

Coordinate meetings and teleconferences.

Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

Plan, coordinate and ensure the schedule is followed and respected.
