Our client is one of the FMCG Conglomerate looking for HR Projects expert

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic HR Planning: Work closely with the Head HR for commercial business to contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.

2) HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze data, providing valuable insights into HR metrics and trends. Use data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making and improve overall HR processes.

3) Internal Process Management: Assist in managing various internal HR processes, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable tier 1 institute.

Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, strategic HR planning, and analytics.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of talent Engagement & Acquisition processes and strategies.

- Proven experience in formulating and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
