EA to Director, Times Group

Role:

- To assist the Business Head in Strategy and Planning, Marketing and Business Development ,Internal coordination within the capability ,vertical and group companies and to drive revenue generation and develop and analyze MIS.

Responsibilities:

1. The person will assist the Director in his role to strategize and execute sales and marketing initiatives

2. Annual budgeting, team identification, work allocation and complementing organizational growth plan shall be a focus in this profile and position

3. Preparing Various Performance matrixes and processes to make the functioning of the capability efficient and effective

4. Driving the sales growth nationally and follow up for various projects,leads,presentations,etc

5. Responsible for Alliances and Partnerships

6. Shall be responsible in adding and creating value for the marketing/solutions, business development and operation teams

7. Developments of MIS report in consultation with respective line heads and analyze the MIS data and take corrective actions accordingly.

Competencies:

1. Analytical and research oriented with undeterred focus on end objective

2. Prior experience in strategic / corporate planning; Marketing / MR / Media Planning, Advertising / PR / Events /Business Development experience.

3. Excellent written and spoken English

4. Good interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines

Education & Experience:

- Any graduate (MBA preferred) with 4-7 years of experience
