Executive Assistant to Director - Premier B School Graduates ( Candidates from Mumbai -Preferred)

Hiring For a 500 crore Plastic Packaging Manufacturing company .

- Analyzing current statistics & identifying gaps

- Recommending strategic sales & marketing initiatives + monitoring & reporting to the Director about the progress of strategic initiatives

- Facilitating Senior Management in initiatives to be taken for smooth, effective & time-bound implementation of actions

- Developing & presenting critical paths of new projects.

- Business Analysis

- Providing timely & data-backed analyses, scenarios, models for use by CEO in discussions

- Generating data-based insights for the Annual Business Planning & Budgeting exercise for Marketing

- Developing Business Cases, Research Dossiers, need-based analyses for Senior Management

Candidate profile :

- MBA(Marketing) from Premier Institute( IIM,MDI,SP Jain, XLRI) + Engineer from Premier Institute ( preferably IIT/NIT - from core streams Mechanical/ Metallurgy/Production )

- Thorough understanding of product range of the company

- Research & Analysis Oriented

- The candidate will be required to recommend, implement, execute & deliver marketing strategy for the company.

- Direct reporting to Vice Chairman
