i. Build the appropriate commercial/operational/IT strategy and systems to support its strong business growth and pipeline, and

ii. Develop the Company into an attractive strategic asset for potential acquirers

To achieve these objectives, the Company will need to complement its technical and business developments capabilities with outstanding capabilities in customer focus, operational excellence, MIS and finance.

Roles and Responsibilities of the CFO

- The CFO will need to ensure the financial well being of the organization, provide financial projections, manage accounting operations, funding, capital expenditure, investments and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish the organization’s financial objectives and direction

- Play a strategic role in forecasting capital requirements, planning cash flows, identifying sources of funds and mobilizing them

- Oversee cash, investment, and asset management.

- Debt raising with banks and financial institutions

- Represent the company to financial partners, including banks, financial institutions, investors,auditors, public officials, etc.

- Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, suggesting and initiating corrective actions

- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits

- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems including project management, project monitoring systems, early warning systems & management dashboards

- Ensure timely and accurate production of accounts and reports; provide intelligent MIS that helps assess financial performance at project and business unit levels and also guides the Board on strategic business direction

- Manage revenue assurance, ensuring timeline invoicing and collections, integrity of operations

- Provide analysis and fair view of financial health periodically

- Ensure necessary statutory compliances

- Set goals, assign accountabilities, develop capabilities, appraise and motivate the team

Candidate Profile

- CA with 10+ years of post-qualification work experience or MBA from a reputed institute with specialization in Finance and 12+ years of work experience.

- Demonstrated ability in building systems from scratch

- Experience in working in the organization where ERP or SAP have been deployed

- A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

- Strong domain knowledge of corporate finance and accounting with emphasis on debt management; investments and portfolio management, funding

- Knowledge of best accounting practices, taxation norms and legal standards

Compensation:

At par with industry standards and would be entitled to performance incentive and/or employee stock options
