We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in .Net technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and developer, we- d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals for follows business units :

- E commerce website

- Digital business

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

- Identify the necessary development in Back end and front end of website and compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.

- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.

- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

- Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.

- Help departments use technology profitably.

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency of Website and Digital system.

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

- Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics.

- Use customer's feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and enhance the business.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.

- Knowledge of .Net framework, C#, Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, HTML 5, PHP, CSS (Saas), Pass, Software modules, Applications, Database management, AWS Cloud Computing, Networks, Windows, VMware, Linux, Storage, Data, Centers, SAP & ERP modules, IT help desk to build strategy.

- Previous experience with an E commerce org. will be an added advantage

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning.

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

- Problem-solving aptitude.

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is an added advantage.
