Over the years, Etrio has transformed from being a retro-fitment pioneer to a leading Cargo EV OEM. Today, the company's product portfolio has a wide range of electric vehicles across payload ranging from 350 kg to 700 kg across three Wheeler and four wheeler segments. Etrio has already deployed 500+ electric vehicles all across India, with its vehicles already having travelled more than 1 million miles on Indian roads. Etrio has gained the trust of several leading e-commerce and logistics players such as Amazon, Flipkart, IKEA, Big Basket, Delhivery, LetsTransport, Amplus Solar, Gati, and many others to support them in electrifying their fleet.

Etrio, along with 5 other reputed OEMs in India, has also recently won a tender floated by State-run Convergence Energy Services Ltd's (CESL) to procure 1 lakh electric three-wheeled vehicles.

Currently Etrio is present across six states in the country through its dealership network and will be present across ten states by FY22.

Position: Supply Chain Lead

Description:

Supply chain Lead is primarily responsible for planning and implementation of overall supply chain strategy for current and new EV model in our portfolio. The position would require a good working experience in end to end supply chain cycle right from Vendor identification, negotiation to contract finalization.

The role would require the end to end supply chain management including vendor selection & development, goods procurement, price negotiation, contract signing and creating logistics network. The role would need you to build and maintain a healthy relationship with the vendors and work closely with the finance, product and PPC team to improve supply chain KPIs.

The candidate should be strong at problem solving, Strategizing & planning and should have good exposure in streamlining business's supply-side activities to maximize customer value and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Build robust supply chain practices, adopting world class practices along with creating and tracking supply chain KPIs for the organisation

- Create and design an efficient supply chain network with special focus on localization.

- Develop complete vendor network for the BOM for the existing product portfolio and work with R&D team in vendor identification for NPD ( New product Development)

- Responsible for overall supply chain strategy to create net profit impact to the organisation by optimizing the purchase and logistics expenses

- Responsible for Warehouse/Stores management in multiple locations, Inventory management, logistics network including reverse logistics, Digitization of supply chain and Imports and exports

- Responsible for maintaining a systematic and rigorous inventory management to ensure zero shrinkage.

- Plan a seamless inventory purchasing activity to meet growing and dynamic business targets.

- Nurture vendors and make them as one of the strongest pillars for robust production

- Keep detailed records, generate MIS reports, analyse data, forecast issues and implement solutions to drive supply chain KPIs

- Train and develop a SCM army with positivity and leadership qualities

- Will to step up their supply chain game in an open field to create an impact for themselves as well as for the organisation

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification:

- B.E. / Diploma in engineering

- M.B.A or certification in supply-chain management is preferred

Experience:

- 10-12 years of supply-chain management experience in Auto Industry is mandatory

- Must have handled supply chain operations in a major automotive OEM in 3 W/4W Industry

- Electrical vehicle industry exposure is preferrable but not mandatory

- Must have a good network of vendors across India

- Well versed with supply chain laws, contracts and agreements
