Position : AVP - E-cycle Business Description : AVP- E-cycle business will be responsible for driving sales of the Electric two-wheeler business for both domestic and international markets. - The candidate shall be responsible for building strategies and implementing sales plans to achieve the goals for customer acquisition, retention and experience. The candidate must also have a proven and successful ability to lead sales teams in driving growth in sales and revenue. The candidate will be part of the leadership team. Location : Hyderabad Qualification : - MBA (or equivalent qualification) - Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute Experience : - 10-15 years of total experience across both direct and channel sales - Leadership experience in sales with a leading bicycle company is preferred - Experience in business development, international sales and EV industry is preferred Key Job Responsibilities : Business Plan : - Set monthly/annual targets and create a sales plan across geographies, product segments, customer categories, channel (direct/ dealer) and region - Devise product placement &amp; pricing strategy and identify new product segments and customer categories based on market benchmarking - Plan &amp; manage budgets and profitability - Co-create overall business strategy and plan across different aspects of product, manufacturing, sales, marketing, channel, service, customer life-cycle, HR and R&amp;D. Operations : - Build a high performance sales team - Mentor and groom talent for the organization - Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plan - Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors - Selection of the right dealers by establishing dealer value proposition and dealer selection criteria - Drive dealer/ direct sales and after-sales operations to achieve targets set for customer-acquisition, retention and satisfaction across Indian and global markets - Create and implement manpower, infrastructure and process/ system norms - Build long term client relationships with key stakeholders - Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics - Ensure robust performance management including reporting, review and feedback process Key capabilities and other requirements : - Sales Management - Channel Development - Business strategy - Financial acumen - Customer life-cycle management - Stakeholder and Team management ability - Agility &amp; flexibility - Result oriented Compensation : - The final compensation shall be based on candidate's potential, experience &amp; background
