Ask-EHS Engineering & Consultants pvt. ltd.is looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience of about 3 to 4 years in the process of India Staffing. This person would be located in Pune, Maharashtra

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication skills with a complete understanding of the India Staffing process.

- Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills.

Job Description:

- Write and post technical job descriptions

- Source potential candidates from various job portals, social media, references, and networks.

- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants- abilities

- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions)

- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

- Compose job offer letters and Onboard new hires

- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and product

- Timely reporting on the progress of the assigned hiring requirements

Requirements:

- Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.

- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
