e-GMAT - Sr Manager/Director - Marketing

Job Description:

- Build and manage marketing channels – Find, evaluate and build new marketing channels (online and offline) to source customers, and manage existing channels

- Achieve Revenue Targets – We aim to grow over 250% over the next 12 months in terms of revenues.

- Build and Lead Teams – Lead the existing marketing team and hire more people as per business needs.

- Strategize and Execute – Build short term and medium term marketing plans and execute them

What kind of person we are looking for?

We are looking for a person who

1. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

2. Understands user acquisition from various channels.

3. Customizes users’ experiences to convert them into paying customers.

4. Is a careful risk taker.

5. Preferably, understands online marketing, especially Google Adwords and Facebook advertising.

Compensation:

Fixed Component - 12 lacs to 18 lacs

Variable Component (approx.) - 15% to 35% of fixed

Others (Eg: joining bonus, stocks, etc.) - 10K units, currently valued at 6 lacs

Total CTC 20 lacs to 36 lacs
