Qbera.com is a managed marketplace for unsecured personal loans that leverages tech-enabled acquisition, underwriting and loan processing capabilities to offer credit products co-created with banks that are part of Qbera's multi-lender network. Such origination of assets against a bank's liability is performed on a hybrid lending model wherein Qbera shares some of the risk with the bank. Banks and NBFCs plug their balance sheet into Qbera to tap into new customer segments using Qbera's programmatic lending solution and benefit from lower operating expense, data-driven underwriting and credit decisions, reduction in turnaround time, no cost of customer acquisition, proven technology and increase in profitability.

Job Description :

- This role will focus on creating, designing and implementing risk function that supports the strategic goals of the Company.

- Building a robust risk management framework and architecture, bringing together a number of teams (operational risk, Credit policy & administration, Credit underwriting, enterprise risk management, ).

- Responsible for managing and driving Credit, Market, Fraud and Liquidity risk functions

- Responsible for compiling, assessing and reporting risk information to the top management and the Board.

- Closely worked with technical team for data modeling and analytics

- Analyze and interpret the impact of various credit and risk strategies while working under broader corporate goals.

- Coordinate all the risk and credit policy stakeholders.

- Portfolio Management

Ideal Candidate :

- 12 plus years of rich experience in managing and driving Risk function encompassing Retail Risk, Corporate & Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk preferably (currently) with a Fin Tech Company.

- Candidates who have been part of retail lending with an NBFC, Bank or Fin-tech, manged a large team and can join short notice would be given a preference.
