Years of Exp : 10 + Industry : Fintech/ NBFC Product: Unsecured Loan / Personal Loan Job Description : - This role will focus on creating, designing and implementing risk function that supports the strategic goals of the Company. - Building a robust risk management framework and architecture, bringing together a number of teams (operational risk, Credit policy & administration, Credit underwriting, enterprise risk management, data modeling and analytics). - Responsible for managing and driving Credit, Market, Fraud and Liquidity risk functions - Responsible for compiling, assessing and reporting risk information to the top management and the Board. - Analyze and interpret the impact of various credit and risk strategies while working under broader corporate goals. Ideal Candidate - 15 plus years of rich experience in managing and driving Risk function encompassing Retail Risk, Corporate & Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk preferably (currently) with a Fin Tech Company.
