- Effective TAT for hiring through advance planning and execution
- Ability to build the company culture and ethos
- Measure team productivity and plan the skill development.
Key Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of experience, preferably in a startup
- Ability to build connect with team
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Ability to co-ordinate between different departments
