Key Responsibilities

- Formulate business strategy with others in the team

- Implement efficient processes and standards

- Become a strong link between the internal sales team and Finance team

- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations

- Minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

- Promotional & marketing activities for the company

- Inventory management & Asset utilization.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience, preferably in a start-up

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Experience of Team Building and Leading

- Troubleshooting experience and mindset

Job Location - Sultanpur, Delhi
