A. Position Summary:
1. To position the organization as a leader in operational service with domain capability and experience in US mortgage servicing, default servicing along with title and settlement services. As a business unit leader, you will be an expert in customer service, client management, people management and would work along with sales team.
2. You would collaborate with sales and with various partners to win additional customers basis commitment of real outcomes and reduction of customer service spend along with improved customer satisfaction.
3. This role you are expected to synthesize customer service and product offerings to develop a holistic and effective client engagement model which aligns to the positive customer experience.
B. Pre-requisite for the role
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
1. Graduate
2. 15yrs+ work experience predominantly in either US mortgage servicing, default servicing or title insurance domain experience
3. Understand market dynamics and drive business decisions
4. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines
5. P&L ownership
Essential Skills:
6. Good communication skills - verbal & written
7. Good people management skills with a proven track record for maintaining low attrition
8. Good experience in implementing and managing a strong service delivery framework
9. Good understanding on six sigma concepts, at least green belt trained. Will be an added advantage if he has completed projects
10. Experience in driving continuous improvement projects thru automation/ lean and delivering savings that impact the P&L positively. Good experience in troubleshooting operational issues in a timely manner and proactively
