- Preparing quarterly and annual Financial statements of companies (including IndAS compliant companies)

- Preparing Annual Consolidated Financial statements (including IndAS compliant companies)

- Ensuring compliance of Financial statements with various Financial Reporting standards

- Compiling list of Related Parties and ensuring proper disclosures as per requirements of Companies Act, 2013.

- Finalization of revenue workings on Quarterly basis and review with Functional heads for closure of financial statements.

- Conducting Profitability analysis

- Preparing / reconciling MIS reports involving periodical review with sales, CRM and construction teams

- Conducting scrutiny of accounts on a regular basis

- Liasoning with auditors up to finalization

- Preparation of Financial models, business plans and conducting feasibility analysis

- Monitoring cash flows in line with budgets and analyzing deviations

- Ensuring timely compliances required under various Acts and laws

- Coordination and communication with various divisions of the companies

- Ability to display team management skills and execute tasks within strict deadlines

- Good technical knowledge on AS, IndAS, RERA needed for execution of assignment.t
