Position: Manager ( Executive Assistant)- office of Company Director

Reporting : Director

Location: New Delhi

Experience & Qualifications

- B.Tech + MBA from tier-1 Institute

- Experience of 4-5 yrs with minimum 2 yrs post MBA

Roles & Responsibilities :

Exisiting Business :

- Assisting the promoters technically, commercially and legally in closure of the existing projects

- Ensuring the budget of the closure

- Pursue the smooth operation and maintenance of the solar power plant owned by the company

- Work closely with the directors by supporting them in their work with the organizational leadership team. Tracking, Analyzing & Monitoring overall performance of the organization including key KPIs.

- Act as a liaison between the directors and stakeholders in the organization by participating, developing and tracking the preparation of short term & long term plans.

- End to end project management that includes planning, implementing, executing and monitoring of strategic projects in the current projects and in the new projects.

- Manage project scope and change control, escalate issues where necessary and provide the project status report.

New Business Development:

- Identification, analyzing, presentation of New Business opportunity and upon approval pursuing the opportunity

- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports

- Assist the management in pursuing the few already identified opportunities

- Taking lead in setting up a new business vertical

- Be responsible for the performance and expansion of the new business
