Dy Manager - Marketing Communications

A Leading Consumer Durables Company in Gurgaon with a Global presence is looking for:

Title: Deputy Manager Marketing Communication

The ideal candidate would have:

- 5 + Years of experience in marketing communication space

- MBA/ Masters from a premier institute

- Experience in PR, Events and Advertising

- Experience in Internal and External Communication

- Willingness to travel

- Good communication

- High on energy and initiative

The role would comprise of:

- Manage the marketing communications activities to achieve the maximum performance at the highest efficiency.

- Strategic planning and implementation of marketing communications strategy.

- Position the company's brand as the leading brand in quality, design and value to the customers through
effective advertising, publications, PR events, merchandising programs, exhibitions / tradeshows, and other
marketing communication efforts.

- Formulate and implement marketing communications programs to penetrate new markets and increase the customer base and the market share.

- Establish marketing communications policies, procedures and systems.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the India market and ensure the brand is appropriately positioned.

- Direct and ensure the positive relations between the company and its various publics.

- Ensure timely and quality production of marketing support literature and publicity material and technical publications.

- Represent the company and region at functions, meetings, conference and seminars as and when required.
Manage the resources and interests of the company in the best possible manner

- Keep the senior management of the company informed of all relevant information at all times

Would also involve:

- Frequent contacts with other functions of the Company.

- Frequent contacts with Wisconsin marketing, advertising and communication as well as exhibition design personnel.

- External contacts with advertising/publication agencies, design institutes, news agency, media, government officials, etc.
