- Experience: 4 to 6 years experience in the field of Human Resource Management

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Deputy Manager – Human Resource will perform the following activities :

- Handling the Manpower Planning and Recruitment activities.

- Conducting the employee engagement activities.

- Handling Employee Retention and Employee Relations.

- Identifying the training and development needs and accordingly implement
the training calendars quarterly.

- Exits and Attrition Management.

- Performance Management System.

- Employee communication and welfare.

- Talent Acquisition.

- General HR Administration.

- Other responsibilities as assigned.
