DXC Technology - Solution Architect - Brokerage & Integration Solutions

Qualifications:

TECHNICAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:

- Education - Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years enterprise service management, systems integration experience

- Minimum 3 years solution architect experience and pre-sales solutioning

- Experience in providing leadership during customer business discussions, requirements and needs analysis (financial drivers, impacts, and restrictions) and creating technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and relational skills - able to form a trusted advisor relationship with a customer, able to listen and guide a technical discussion, able to clearly articulate complex topics.

- Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies, solutions, and architectures.

- Experience in the integration and proposal of 3rd party suppliers/products for cloud computing solutions.

- Able to work with and manage customized solutions and products, including 3rd party products.

- Flexible and motivated to learn fast new technologies

- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interface and communicate with management and executive staff

- Excellent communication and writing skills in Global English

- Proven ability to work independently - results oriented, deadline driven approach

- Good Presentation and Client Relationship Management skills

Expertise in:

- Enterprise Service Management solutions

- ITSM Tooling Software (especially ServiceNow or similar leading industry products). ServiceNow certification will be preferred.

- Service Integrations using API based policies

- Brokerage Solutions

- Hybrid Cloud Automation best practices

- Traditional Computing, Private Cloud

Familiarity with:

- Experience or knowledge with cloud providers such as AWS and Azure is a plus

- Hybrid Cloud Orchestration knowledge is a plus

- ServiceNow, Cloud or Virtualization certifications is a plus
